Meetingplace is a feature of Meetingworks Connect and Meetingworks InternetEdition that allows you to schedule meeting sessions on a web page. Participants can go to one place to view a list of scheduled meetings, access a meeting, or view a final report. It simplifies the meeting notification process because you don’t need to send participants a different URL for each InternetEdition meeting or Connect Chauffeur system.
Participants find their meeting at Meetingplace and click on it to be connected. Their registration and password will allow them access to the meeting.
Menus in Chauffeur assist authorized users to post and manage meetings in Meetingplace. Authorized users can share one Meetingplace web page (e.g., all meetings for an organization are listed together). Or, an authorized user can post meetings on their own Meetingplace web page (e.g., only one department’s meetings are listed).
